South Bend Orthopaedic Associates has developed a second medical office building location in Mishawaka, Indiana. Their second location is approximately 45,000 square feet and houses physician offices, physical therapy and MRI. Somerset's Health Care Team provided strategic planning, entity formation, capital and financing sourcing, construction oversight and liaison services to South Bend Orthopaedic Associates for this project. This building opened in August 2007.

On the same campus, South Bend Orthopaedic Associates is developing another 45,000 square foot building that will house facilities for Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, including an urgent care center, sleep center, occupational health center, visiting nurse association/midwifery, physician ancillaries and other mixed-use medical. Somerset is providing strategic planning, entity formation, capital and financing sourcing, construction oversight and liaison services. This building is scheduled for opening in January 2008.
